Now for my introduction... I have been with Coldwell Banker Plummer & Associates(NOW PRUDENTIAL SIERRA NEVADA PROPERTIES) for nearly 5 years and in that time I've accomplished many goals. In the first 14 months with this firm I was designated with a Graduate REALTOR Institute Designation. In 2006 I had a production year of 15th in sales out of approximately 120 agents, that same year I was honored to receive an award for Most Listings at the Moana office for an individual. As the Real Estate industry changes I'm doing my best to serve you with specializing in Bank Owned and All Forclosure properties. In 2008 I was 17th out of 68 agents in over all sales and sold 4 Short Sales, the most challenging of all forclosure sales. I have a been awarded a Certification for Broker Price Opinions by NVSI, and work with asset managers to value forclosed homes.
I have been a Nevada resident since 1975 moving from Santa Maria CA, to attend school and then relocated to Reno in 1983. My business back ground is in the Gaming Industry with over 25 years experience. I've been involved with Real Estate since 1976 helping my father in Las Vegas and surrounding community and states with his investments.
